Over the past 20 years I have been lucky to work with organisations who see communication as a tool to create environments where people can thrive. In organisations undergoing change, helping senior leaders increase understanding and belief in business strategy and direction isn't always easy, but it's fulfilling. What I enjoy most is using communication to help employees understand and choose to contribute fully to business and operational goals, and seeing the incredible impact when they do.
