I have 30 years' experience of devising and delivering major change programmes across the private and public sectors, and use that knowledge to help shape clients' more complex engagement programmes.
This includes developing new brand propositions for the likes of Diabetes UK, FCC Environment and WRAP, and developing employee engagement strategies for clients including ASDA and Unilever.
I'm a journalist by background, having managed the newsroom of a major regional newspaper group in my mid-20s, before moving into the corporate sector.
I held a series of senior marketing and communication roles with North West Water and United Utilities during the 1990s, where my work won a number of national awards including the IPR Sword of Excellence for Crisis Management.
And in the early 2000s, before joining Corporate Culture, I helped found the Blake Project, a strategic communications agency where I had lead responsibility for business development, client management and project delivery.
