How on earth do you engage a whole city in the health debate?
NHS Liverpool CCG needed a brand identity and visual platform to persuade the entire city to join the debate on the transformation of its health and social care system. And it needed to bring a diverse group of people into the discussion – from patients, their families and the general public, to GPs, specialists and other practitioners. The answer is Healthy Liverpool.
Our solution was to create and design a dynamic and flexible ‘living brand’ that captured the vibrancy of Liverpool and the diversity of its people. We also created the programme’s supporting print and digital strategy, the fully-responsive campaign website, a programme prospectus, a digital marketing suite, and a short film that acts as clarion call to the people of the city.
The city-wide consultation is ongoing, but Carole Hill, NHS Liverpool CCG’s Head of Communications is delighted: “I have worked with many agencies and this has been the best experience I've had in terms of service and quality of delivery.
